France is originally from Collette, NB and has lived in Saint John, NB since 1994. He is married and has a son and a daughter.

His first musical influence was his family with whom he sang and played guitar at every occasion that presented itself. Even at a very young age, he always found a way to participate in family jam sessions by playing homemade instruments.. It’s with the discovery of artists like Francis Cabrel, James Taylor and Cat Stevens that France really started to take music seriously. He also listened to bands like Rush, Eagles and Van Halen amongst others.

France has always been interested in music and was a member of the band “D’Ici” and other duos; all in the Saint John region.
